The build up days and break down will be Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th  and Friday 23rd May 2008.  The site will be open on these days as follows:-

Build Up:
Monday 19th May 2008: Site open 8am with build up time 10am –6pm inclusive
Tuesday 20th May 2008: Site open 8am with build up time 8am – 6pm inclusive.

Break Down:
Friday 23rd May 2008: Site open for breaking down stands from 8am – 8pm.  Exhibitors may start to dismantle their stands immediately after the show closes at 5pm on the 22nd.  Staff will be on site to assist up to 8pm

24 hour Security will be on site throughout the duration of the event.

Forklifts and a tractor will only be made available for use by exhibitors staff during the above times for loading and unloading the exhibition.  On site catering for snacks and refreshments will only be available during the build up days for exhibitors.
